RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Nitrogen Nutrition, we stand behind the products we sell and the customers who trust us to fuel their performance.

If there is a legitimate issue with your order, we want the opportunity to make it right. At the same time, because we sell nutritional supplements and apparel, we maintain clear return requirements to protect product quality, safety, inventory integrity, and our customers.

1. RETURN WINDOW

Return requests for eligible, full-price merchandise must be submitted to Nitrogen Nutrition within 30 days of the date the order is delivered.

To request a return, contact our customer service team with:

Order number

Customer name and contact information

Reason for the return

Photos or additional information when requested

Returns requested outside of the applicable return period may be denied.

2. SUPPLEMENT RETURNS

For health and safety reasons, supplement returns must be:

Unopened

Unused

In the original packaging

In resalable condition

Sealed with all original factory safety seals intact

Opened, used, sampled, partially consumed, or tampered-with supplements are not eligible for return due to change of mind, flavor preference, personal preference, or similar circumstances.

3. APPAREL RETURNS

Full-price apparel may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery provided that the merchandise is:

Unworn

Unused

Unwashed

Free of stains, odors, damage, or other signs of use

In its original condition

Returned with original tags attached, when applicable

Nitrogen Nutrition reserves the right to deny a return if apparel has been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or otherwise cannot be returned to sellable inventory.

4. SALE, DISCOUNTED & CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE — FINAL SALE

ALL SALE, DISCOUNTED, PROMOTIONAL, CLEARANCE, CLOSEOUT, OR OTHER REDUCED-PRICE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE.

Unless Nitrogen Nutrition expressly states otherwise in writing at the time of purchase, discounted merchandise is not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit due to change of mind, sizing, fit, flavor preference, personal preference, or any other customer-initiated reason.

This policy applies to both apparel and supplements.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, sizing information, product descriptions, and applicable promotional terms before completing a purchase.

A discounted price is offered in exchange for the merchandise being sold on a final-sale basis.

5. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Final-sale status does not prevent Nitrogen Nutrition from addressing legitimate issues caused by Nitrogen Nutrition.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing merchandise, with the incorrect product, or with an item materially different from what was ordered, contact Nitrogen Nutrition promptly so we can investigate the issue.

Your request may require:

Order number

Description of the issue

Photos of the product

Photos of the packaging and shipping box

Additional information reasonably requested by our customer service team

Do not discard the product or packaging until Nitrogen Nutrition has had an opportunity to review the issue.

If Nitrogen Nutrition determines that the issue was caused by an error, defect, or fulfillment problem on our end, we may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.

6. RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Do not send merchandise back to Nitrogen Nutrition without receiving return authorization first.

Customers must contact Nitrogen Nutrition before returning eligible merchandise. If a return is approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and shipping address.

Unauthorized returns may be refused, returned to the sender, or otherwise handled at Nitrogen Nutrition's discretion.

7. RETURN SHIPPING

For approved customer-initiated returns of eligible full-price merchandise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for customer-initiated returns.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. Nitrogen Nutrition is not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged while being returned by the customer.

If Nitrogen Nutrition shipped the wrong product or an order arrives damaged or defective due to an issue attributable to Nitrogen Nutrition, we will review the situation and, when appropriate, cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide other appropriate resolution.

8. REFUNDS

Once an approved return is received, Nitrogen Nutrition will inspect the merchandise to verify that it meets the requirements of this policy.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of the return being approved.

Your financial institution or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Receipt of a returned package does not automatically constitute approval of a refund.

9. PROMOTIONAL CODES & DISCOUNTS

Use of a promotional code, automatic discount, bundle discount, sitewide discount, employee discount, ambassador discount, or other price reduction constitutes a discounted purchase for purposes of this policy.

Unless expressly stated otherwise by Nitrogen Nutrition, merchandise purchased using a discount is final sale and not eligible for customer-initiated returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit.

10. THIRD-PARTY PURCHASES

Products purchased through an authorized Nitrogen Nutrition retailer, gym, distributor, marketplace, or other third-party seller are subject to the applicable seller's return policy.

Nitrogen Nutrition can only process refunds for purchases made directly through Nitrogen Nutrition's authorized sales channels.

Proof of purchase may be required.

11. FRAUDULENT OR ABUSIVE RETURN ACTIVITY

Nitrogen Nutrition reserves the right to limit, deny, or refuse returns or refunds where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, abuse of this policy, repeated unreasonable return requests, product tampering, or other conduct that compromises the integrity of the return process.

12. POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing a purchase through Nitrogen Nutrition, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy, including the final-sale terms applicable to discounted, promotional, clearance, and closeout merchandise.
